As Lead of Brand & Experiential Marketing, I conceptualized and scaled Gotham FC’s signature Fan Fest into a multi-layered experiential platform that anchors the club’s matchday ecosystem. Over two seasons, I led the strategy and execution of 15 large-scale pre-match events annually, welcoming more than 9,000 fans per event across an eight-month run.
Fan Fest evolved from a traditional pre-game activation into a fully integrated brand environment featuring sponsor activations, live entertainment, retail merchandising, youth programming, influencer engagement, and content capture. I oversaw the end-to-end production lifecycle — including budget management, creative direction, cross-functional coordination, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution — aligning every touchpoint with broader brand, revenue, and community growth goals.
